So, I haven’t been on for like…ever! Haha! But, I can assure you that that hasn’t stopped me from continuing my healthier lifestyle. After field hockey ended, I moved on into the swim season and now I lift weights five days a week along with two hours of hardcore swimming.
Here’s where we left off:
It’s been a little over three months, and here I am now (January 15th, 2012):
My dad got me an iPhone for my birthday back in October! The image quality is so great. But, that’s beside the point. Haha! I have actually gained weight, believe it or not. Previously, I was 142 lbs. and now I’m 146 lbs. Obviously, I don’t look heavier. My arms, legs, and core are a lot more toned now, so that’s probably why.
But, yeah! This is where I’m at now! Of course, my journey isn’t over; it never will be. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t stop when you achieve your goals. It continues to be a part of you throughout your life. And that’s what I intend to have happen.
